The Easy Art AR Button now opens AR Experiences in a Lightbox overlay on top of your product detail pages. This greatly enhances the visual integration with your store design. The result is a more seamless and premium experience for your customers. Importantly, this update ensures users remain on your site, providing a smoother and uninterrupted journey.

Social share previews now look fantastic! When a user shares a link to an ARt experience on social media or in a chat message, a dynamic preview of that artwork is displayed in their feed, rendered with the same scene settings (phone/hand/background) that you configured for your site, along with your chosen call to action line of text. These rich link previews encourage sharing and drive more organic traffic to your site.  

The Nvzn Easy Art experience now supports German, Italian, Portuguese

The Nvzn Easy Art experience now supports international languages. The app will automatically detect your store’s current language selection and switch the AR Button and the AR Experience into that language. This will also work on multilingual stores. We’re starting with English, French and Spanish and will be adding more languages soon. If we don't currently support a language that you require, send us a Language Request through the Support form and we'll add it to our priority list. If you notice a translation glitch, shoot us your Translation Feedback through our Support Request form.

As a result of Short URLs, the scannable QR code, seen in the desktop experience that links users to mobile, has become simpler, cleaner, more stylish and easier for users to scan.

ARt Experiences now have automatic link shortening, resulting in significantly shorter and cleaner direct URLs. For example: https://art.nvzn.io/107b. So it’s now a lot easier and less scary for you or your customers to share direct links to your Art Experiences via social, email, chat.

We’ve improved the app reinstallation process. It will now automatically reconnect with your existing account and restore all of your product configurations. So for whatever reason you might have uninstalled, you’re welcome back anytime!

The speed at which the AR Button renders to the product detail page has been greatly improved so that there’s no hanging around for the feature to activate.

We made a lot of little tweaks and enhancements to improve the admin experience, creating a faster, smoother configuration process for merchants.

Merchants can now link directly from the Getting Started onboarding instructions to to the Theme Editor, adding the ARt Button into their Product Detail page with a single click. No more hunting around for the right template!

We’ve added status labels to the configuration process to make it quicker and easier to see where you’re at. On the product listing screen, you’ll see status labels indicating if products are Active, Draft or Archived. In the variant configuration screen you’ll see status labels indicating if each variant is fully configured, partially configured, or not configured at all. Status labels help you quickly identify what to work on next. 

Session handling has been improved to speed up log in times and maintain data between sessions. No more hanging around waiting to get started!

The product listing screen has been updated to now handle much larger product libraries. You can now load, sort, configure 1000s of products.

The image file upload process has been refined and streamlined making it even easier to configure AR previews.

The configuration screens now support displaying of extra long product titles and long variant titles without getting cut off, making it easier for you to identify which product and variant you’re working with.

For customers using Android to view AR experiences, we added some extra compatibility checks. If a user has previously disabled WebXR (essential for viewing AR experiences in their web browser) the ARt Experience detect it and automatically display a notification along with instructions for how to reenable WebXR on their device.  

Our AR technology is pretty cutting edge, yet still widely accessible to the vast majority of shoppers. However, there are some older devices and more obscure browsers that may not be compatible with AR technology in general. We have greatly improved the compatibility checking in the AR Experiences. Our compatibility checks ensure AR experiences work seamlessly on all supported devices and browsers. And if a customer is using an unsupported device, they will now be shown a graceful message encouraging them to try a different browser or device when needed. Advanced compatibility checking helps ensure none of your customers has a bad experience.
